Our knowlegable staff is available to answer your questions via email between 9:30am - 4:30pm Pacific Standard Time Monday to Friday.  We are closed on the weekends.  Orders ship from Vancouver, BC Canada.

Because we offer such a large range of products, you will note that many of them say "backorder".  This means that it will take from 4 - 15 days for the item to arrive at our warehouse, depending on where it is coming from in the world.  Your order will ship the day after it arrives.

We do not have a retail outlet.
