Internally threaded steel tunnel.
Looks like double flare when in the ear, but as easy to put in as a threaded tunnel.
Threaded tunnels have a 5/16" (8mm) wearable surface (space between flares).
Available from 8g(3mm)-1"(25mm).
Tunnel/plug/ear/double flare.

Sold as a single piece, please change quantity to 2 for a pair.

All steel used is 316L implant-grade surgical steel ASTM F-138.
